The Simple Details Ceramic
Coating & Window Tint Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Simple
Details("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal
residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the
time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers,
directors, and immediate family members of Simple Details and its affiliates
are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or
restricted by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway will begin the week prior to the COVA Exotics Show and will
remain open through October 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Entries may be submitted through
the official Simple Details entry form promoted through social media, email,
the Simple Details website, or by scanning the official QR code at the COVA
Exotics Show.
How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must:
- Follow @simpledetailsva on Instagram
- Follow @simpledetailsperformance on Instagram
- Complete and submit the official Simple Details
Giveaway entry form
The entry form may be accessed
through the QR code at the COVA Exotics Show or through a link provided by
Simple Details via its website, social media, or email.
Limit one (1) entry per
person. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries
submitted through multiple methods, may be disqualified.
Incomplete, inaccurate,
duplicate, or late entries are not eligible.
Prizes
Two (2) winners will be selected.
1ST PLACE PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one complimentary ceramic coating service
performed by Simple Details for one eligible vehicle.
The ceramic coating prize
includes the applicable ceramic coating product and installation by Simple
Details, subject to vehicle eligibility, vehicle condition, available
materials, and installation requirements.
The prize has no cash value, is
non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize does
not include additional services or costs that may be required, including but
not limited to paint correction, repairs, removal of existing coatings or
protection products, or other work outside of the included ceramic coating
service, unless otherwise agreed upon by Simple Details.
2ND PLACE PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one complimentary XPEL® XR PLUS Nano-Ceramic
Window Tint installation for one eligible vehicle.
The prize includes XPEL® XR PLUS
Nano-Ceramic Window Tint and installation by Simple Details, subject to vehicle
eligibility, available materials, installation requirements, and applicable
laws and regulations.
The prize has no cash value, is
non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize does
not include additional services or costs that may be required, including but
not limited to removal of existing window tint, repairs, replacement glass, or
other work outside of the standard tint installation.
Claiming the Prizes
Each selected winner must contact
Simple Details within 72 hours of being notified to claim their prize.
The 1st Place winner will
receive the complimentary ceramic coating service described above.
The 2nd Place winner will
receive the complimentary XPEL® XR PLUS Nano-Ceramic Window Tint installation
described above.
To receive their respective
prize, each winner must schedule an appointment with Simple Details and
bring the winning vehicle to the Simple Details shop in Virginia Beach,
Virginia, for installation or service.
Each winner is responsible for
arranging transportation of their vehicle to and from the Simple Details
facility. No travel, transportation, lodging, or other incidental expenses are
included with either prize.
Each prize must be redeemed
within 90 days of the winner being notified unless otherwise agreed upon
by Simple Details.
Vehicle Eligibility
The vehicle must be suitable for the applicable prize service.
For the ceramic coating prize, Simple Details reserves the right to
determine whether a vehicle is eligible based on its condition, paint
condition, existing coatings or protection products, required preparation, and
other installation considerations.
For the XPEL® XR PLUS window tint prize, Simple Details reserves the
right to determine whether a vehicle is eligible based on its condition,
existing window tint, window construction, available materials, and other
installation considerations.
Any removal of existing tint,
paint correction, repairs, preparation, or additional work required before
installation may be subject to additional charges and will be the
responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed upon by Simple Details.
The winner is responsible for
ensuring that the selected window tint complies with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations.
Winner Selection
Two (2) potential winners will
be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway
Period.
The first potential winner
selected will receive the 1st Place Ceramic Coating Prize.
The second potential winner selected will receive the 2nd Place XPEL® XR
PLUS Window Tint Prize.
The odds of winning depend on the
total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided on
the entry form. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond
within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms
and Conditions, Simple Details may select an alternate winner from the
remaining eligible entries.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission
for Simple Details to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, and/or
general location for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without
additional compensation.
General Conditions
Simple Details reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these
Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the operation of the
Giveaway. Simple Details reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate
the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the
integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
By entering the Giveaway,
participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions
of Simple Details, which are final with respect to matters relating to the
Giveaway.
Instagram/Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated
with Instagram, Meta, or Facebook.
By entering, participants release
Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway.
Privacy
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form may be used by Simple
Details to administer the Giveaway, contact entrants regarding the Giveaway, service
offerings by Simple Details, and communicate with the winners.
By submitting the form, you are
agreeing to allow Simple Details to contact you in the event that you are a
winner, for marketing purposes, or other contact regarding your vehicle.
Information will otherwise be
handled in accordance with Simple Details' applicable privacy practices.
