They prospect through a multi-channel approach of phone, email and Facebook messenger and manage a pipeline of leads given to them on a weekly basis. They are an essential part of building up a massive sales pipeline for the BCs to close into our programs.

Sales Development Representative
Position Overview
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) prospect and book qualified prospects for set calls onto the Business Consultants calendar. They prospect through a multi-channel approach of phone, email and Facebook messenger and manage a pipeline of leads given to them on a weekly basis. They are an essential part of building up a massive sales pipeline for the BCs to close into our programs. SDRs work closely with the BCs to maintain communication about prospects, meeting times, closing strategies, and quality control of set calls booked. Our SDRs understand how to combine a solid work ethic with the ability to think outside the box in order to attract qualified prospects for meetings. Our SDRs understand that building out the skillset of outbound sales is a great foundation for a successful career in sales and entrepreneurial ventures.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nourish new customer and business relationships with prospects
- Maintain a clear and clean pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
- Coordinate with SDR coach on new ways to attract clients and to clear any blockers of the process
- Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods of time
- Understand, meet and exceed targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical success factors
- Available Mon.- Sat. to hit call target, email nurture, and prospect if need be
- Ideally, rotate AM/PM call shifts to vary outreach times
- Share call recordings with SDR coach for training purposes
- Attend one training/feedback session per week with SDR coach
- Conduct in-depth In-Person consultations to uncover clients goals and needs and tailor proper recommendations of products and services based on info provided by client
- Suggest ways to improve sales and client experience (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design, suggest new offerings and packages based on client feedback, etc.)
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Call target per day is hit and tracked
- Each lead assigned same week is touched via email and Facebook messenger a minimum of 2 times per week
- 10 qualified meetings are booked per month
- Stat sheet is updated by end of day and sent to Sales Manager
- All client interactions are properly documented in CRM
- A consistent 75% lead to Consult is maintained
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
- Efficient with Facebook/ IG, email, and texting
- Excellent over the phone communication
- Desire to learn sales

- Highly persistent when faced with objections
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed by SDR coach/Manager

- Attends 1:1s with Sales coach bi-weekly
- Completes EOW report every Thursday by 4PM EST
CHAIN OF COMMUNICATION
When presented with situations beyond the realm of knowledge to resolve:
- Search within all materials and trainings to find answers independently
- Ask another team member who may know (SDRs, BCs, etc.)
- If Urgent: Reach out to the SDR Manager via Slack; If Not Urgent: Email SDR Manager with all pertinent details and timelines

Position Overview
The Social Media manager will administer the company’s social media marketing strategy and advertising with objectives being to grow our following across multiple platforms, increase engagement, generate leads and sales every day.
Responsibilities (task associated with the role)
Social Media Growth: You will be focused on increasing followers, engagement, comments, likes, shares, etc.
- Social channels include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube
Social Media Brand Management: Keeping our brand and voice consistent across our platforms. You will be responsible for graphics as well as outsourcing to another graphic designer we have in-house. We are looking for someone with ideas, strategy, and management skills to make sure everything gets done.
- Represent brand correctly on each platform (IG, FB, LI, TT, YT and Pinterest)
- Create graphics for posts and stories AND/OR outsource graphics to another designer in-house
- Manage your time to ensure all the balls in the air stay in the air. Multiple channel engagement is not for the faint of heart.
Campaign Creation: Our business launches different products and services throughout the year and we will have you help create a social media campaign for each project that helps spike engagement and turn our raving fans into customers.
- Work closely with Manager to create and execute plan
- Work with outside agency partners on our SEO and paid marketing strategies
Analytics & Tracking: Studying our numbers monthly and coming up with strategies to improve our performance.
- Track key metrics for each channel
- Use metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement and areas of expansion
- Track, evaluate, and interpret weekly and monthly performance analytics to refine social strategies and optimize engagement
Learning New Trends & Staying Up To Date: The social media world changes so quickly and part of your job will be to stay up to date with the absolute latest trends so we can implement them quickly.
- Ensure social accounts are updated with the latest content while leveraging platform features, including highlights, pinned posts, collaborations, links in bio, and more
Community Management: Engaging with comments, helping solve customer service related issues and making sure that our customers are well taken care of or directed to the person that can help them.
- Manage social media “inboxes”
- Respond or engage with all comments
Promote Products Organically Through Social: Create strategies and content plans to sell company products. Bonus compensation is part of this plan, and your success with this area of your position will directly correlate to your higher income.
- Subtly engage following and encourage sales
- Track sales through social channels
- Strategically promote content from our website and YouTube in a timely manner across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Content Creation: Whether it’s our daily captions, weekly emails, text message, or blogs, writing is a big part of this position as well.
- Collaborate with detailers in our studio daily to showcase the unique work they perform
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)
This position is for a person that meets the following:
- 2 years (minimum) experience with social media strategy and management
- Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok EXPERT. Additionally, we will also be incorporating more Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Canva (or equivalent program) expert
- Availability to monitor social media channels daily, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience managing a social content calendar, paid social advertising campaigns and social activity monitoring
- Experience analyzing and summarizing metrics/data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Organized online, in life and in your head
- Project Management skills that would make Asana cry
- A deep passion for social networking technologies
- You consume and create new things (to test new ideas/concepts/theories). You are on the cutting edge of the industry.
- A self-starter with the willingness, and desire, to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done
- Experience using social media monitoring tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with your teammates
